John Moretto

John Moretto is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil and transportation engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Director at Bechtel Corporation since August 2021, Moretto has held various leadership roles including Director of Transportation for Rockdale County Government and Highway Engineering Manager at Bechtel. With a strong background in roadway and civil design, project management, and traffic operations, Moretto has contributed to numerous high-impact projects across multiple organizations, including Parsons Corporation and Georgia DOT. An educator at Flint River Technical College, Moretto has also taught civil engineering courses to prepare students for careers in public works. Moretto holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Bluefield State University.
