Johnny Leal is a highly experienced Senior Piping Designer currently employed by Bechtel Corporation since February 2021, specializing in LNG projects such as Sempra Port Arthur and Woodside PLUTO 2. With extensive experience in piping design and engineering management since 1989, Johnny has held various leadership roles across multiple Bechtel divisions, focusing on projects in oil, gas, and chemicals. Responsibilities have included managing design teams, coordinating project deliverables, conducting pre-test and post-test walkdowns, and overseeing piping engineering activities. Notable projects include Shell Pennsylvania Petrochemicals Complex and Cheniere Corpus Christi, showcasing a depth of expertise in piping design, project management, and compliance with industry standards. Johnny holds an A.A.S. in Drafting & Design from Bee County College and has served as an instructor for "Introduction to Process Piping."
