Jonathan Yoong is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering and project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Services Technical Lead at Bechtel Corporation since April 2023, Jonathan oversees a specialized technical services team focused on delivering high-quality front-end studies, detailed design, and engineering projects. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Senior Process/Project Engineer at Mineral Resources Limited from January 2018 to April 2023, concentrating on sustainable power generation projects. Previous experience includes roles at Jacobs, Momentum Engineering, and LNG Limited Pty Ltd, where Jonathan contributed to various engineering projects, including compressor stations and LNG plants. Jonathan began his career as a Research Assistant at CSIRO, following a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University.
