Josh Smith has a robust background in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Development Manager and previously holding roles such as Innovation and Deputy Commissioning Manager and Innovation and CSU Instrument Lead at Bechtel Corporation for the Pennsylvania Chemicals project.
