Justin Dunlap

Justin Dunlap is an experienced procurement and contract management professional currently serving as Manager of Equipment and Project Procurement at Bechtel Corporation since September 2011. In this role, Justin oversees a team of eight, handling complex negotiations and dispute resolutions for multi-million dollar contracts. Prior to this, Justin held positions as Senior Contract Professional and achieved significant promotions due to excellent performance in managing contracts for mechanical equipment worth over $30M. Earlier experience includes a customer service role at First United Bank and Trust and officiating high school sporting events for the West Virginia Secondary Schools Activities Commission. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Charleston.
