Keith Cowles is a retired Senior Project Engineer with over 40 years of experience at Bechtel Corporation, specializing in engineering, construction, startup/commissioning, and subcontractor management. From 1977 to 1994, Keith held various engineering roles, including design engineer for nuclear power projects and system integration manager. After retiring, Keith continues to work as a contractor in rail systems management and serves as a subject matter expert. Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UCD and a Certificate in Business Management from UCLA.
