Kent Barnhardt

Kent Barnhardt is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with extensive experience in industrial hygiene and safety management. They began their career as an EHS Specialist at Engelhard Corporation from 1996 to 2006, providing support across various corporate facilities. From 2008 to 2015, Kent served as a Senior Industrial Hygienist at Bechtel, overseeing asbestos abatement and compliance monitoring. Currently, Kent is the Industrial Hygiene Manager/Lead at Bechtel Corporation, directing risk assessments and compliance for major construction projects while leading exposure monitoring efforts. Kent holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from North Carolina State University, earned from 1984 to 1987.
