Les Friend is a highly motivated and experienced construction safety manager and director, currently serving as the Project HSE PMC Director for the New Murabba Project in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With over 30 years of experience in managing health, safety, and environmental aspects within both military and civil sectors, Les has developed expertise in risk management and safety compliance. Les has held key positions at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals and CCS for Fortescue Metals Group, demonstrating a strong commitment to client-centric philosophy and effective HSE program management. Additionally, Les holds several management and safety-related qualifications from various institutions.
