LF Mathew Tan

LF Mathew Tan is currently a Solutions Engineer at Bechtel Corporation, where they lead operational initiatives and develop employee onboarding programs. Previously, LF held various roles at Bechtel, including Project Field Engineer and Project Estimator, contributing to significant projects such as the Sunfish Solar 2 and Plant Vogtle Units 3 & 4. LF also gained experience as a Quality Intern at Nanshan America and a Continuous Improvement Intern at Whirlpool Corporation. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 2018.
