Lisa Armstrong

Lisa Armstrong currently serves as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Bechtel Corporation, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa has extensive experience at Bechtel Government Services, beginning in November 1997, where Lisa held various positions including Human Resources Manager for multiple projects such as the Vogtle Units 3 & 4 Construction Completion and Hanford Waste Treatment Plant. In these roles, Lisa provided strategic leadership in talent management and human resources strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities included management of the Ethics and Compliance Program and oversight of human resource functions across various locations. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a Minor in Business Administration from Elizabeth City State University.
