Lucy Martin

Lucy Martin is an accomplished executive with a robust background in the mining and metals sector, currently serving as General Manager for South America at Bechtel Corporation since December 2021. Previous positions at Bechtel include Operations Manager (Americas) and Principal Vice President, as well as Chief Financial Officer for Mining and Metals. Prior to rejoining Bechtel, Lucy held the role of General Manager for Major Projects at AGL Energy from August 2020 to December 2021. With extensive experience at Bechtel since 2000, Lucy has held various leadership roles in business development and engineering. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Process Engineering from The University of Sheffield and a certificate from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business in Leading Strategy Execution through Culture.
