Lungay Billy has extensive experience in the construction and engineering industry, primarily focusing on structural, civil, and mechanical disciplines. Key roles include Lead Structural Superintendent at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals and various superintendent positions at Bechtel Power Corporation, where responsibilities involved supervising craft activities and ensuring safe operations. Lungay also served as a Foreman-Electromechanical at EEI and held multiple roles at EEI, including Iron Worker Foreman and General Foreman.
