Marissa Works

Marissa Works is a versatile professional with experience in corporate affairs, education, and the arts, currently serving in a corporate affairs role at Bechtel Corporation. As an Associate Choral Conductor for the National Children's Chorus, Marissa leads artistic and administrative initiatives in Washington, D.C. Previous positions include educator and PR liaison at Arlington Public Schools, overseeing social media and vocal music programs, and director of marketing and partnerships at Beauty Unknowns, where Marissa managed marketing projects and partnerships. Marissa has also contributed to public relations efforts with Edelman and FleishmanHillard, as well as held leadership roles in various arts-related organizations while earning a Master's degree in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University and Bachelor's degrees in Public Relations and Music Education from Penn State University.
