Mark Swales

Mark Swales is an Engineering Manager at Trojena, with a distinguished background in geotechnical and tunnel engineering. Formerly, they served as Manager and DPM Geotechnical & Tunnels at NEOM for Bechtel Corporation and held the position of Divisional Manager & Transport Director for Mott MacDonald's Hong Kong Transport Division. Their extensive experience includes overseeing major infrastructure projects across Asia, such as metro systems and reclamation works, along with academic accolades including a PGCE, MSc, and PhD from the University of Leeds. Currently, they continue to expand their knowledge at the University of South Wales, pursuing a BSc degree.
