Michael Seder

Michael Seder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the planning and design of science and technology facilities, currently serving as Managing Director at Bechtel Corporation since November 2013. With a background that includes roles as Principal and Civil Engineering Lead at Bechtel, Michael has developed regional business strategies and delivered environmental planning expertise to diverse clients. Prior to joining Bechtel, Michael worked as a Senior Urban Designer at Perkins and Will and as an Associate Architect at Elkus Manfredi Architects, focusing on transformative place-making and the broader impacts of urban design. Michael holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
