Mike Johnson

Mike Johnson is currently a Senior Mechanical Start-up Engineer at Bechtel Corporation, where they are involved in commissioning a Combined Cycle Power plant and overseeing start-up activities. Previously, they served as Operations Manager at Energy Systems Group, managing operations and maintenance at various facilities, and they worked as a Supervisor at WE-Energies, where they developed training programs for plant operations. Mike has extensive experience in the power generation field, including supervising operations at coal-fired plants and performing equipment maintenance across various systems. They pursued a Bachelor of Science in Power Plant Operations at Excelsior College, building a strong foundation for their career in the energy industry.
