Monica Schooler

Monica Schooler currently serves as Global Delivery Manager for Regional HR at Bechtel Corporation, a role assumed in August 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic and operational HR services for the Chief Financial Officer and supporting finance shared services. Previously, from December 1997 to November 2017, Monica held various senior HR positions within Bechtel, including Global Employee Assignments Manager, where leadership of the company’s Global Immigration program was a key focus. Additional roles included directing the Global Mobility program and managing HR operations tied to compliance and staffing initiatives. Monica holds an MBA in Business Administration from City University of Seattle and a BA in Social Sciences from Washington State University.
