Patrick Noon

As Bechtel’s chief information officer, Patrick Noon provides the leadership and functional oversight necessary to plan, deliver, and manage IT products and services for all offices and projects globally.

Previously, Patrick was the manager of Strategy, Architecture and Innovation focusing on multi-year integrated strategic roadmaps. He has more than 30 years of hands-on experience in engineering and IT management for Bechtel’s Mining and Metals, OG&C, Power, and Infrastructure business units, including projects in the telecommunications and offshore industries. He has held assignments in several countries, including the UK, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Australia, the U.S., and Canada.
