Patrick S.

Patrick S. is an accomplished tax executive currently serving as the Vice President and Global Head of Tax at Bechtel Corporation since December 2025. Previously, Patrick held the role of Vice President of Global Tax at West Pharmaceutical Services and spent over a decade at McKesson, progressing from Senior Director of Tax Planning/Transfer Pricing to Vice President of Global Tax Controversy, Transfer Pricing, and Tax Policy. Patrick's extensive experience encompasses international tax matters, including US and European tax reform, transfer pricing, and tax controversy. In addition to corporate roles, Patrick has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of San Francisco School of Law, teaching advanced international tax topics. Patrick holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
