Ray Cline has extensive experience as a Field Welding Engineer, currently working at Bechtel Corporation since May 2015, where responsibilities include monitoring the welding program of subcontractors and providing technical guidance for personnel involved in the construction of an LNG site in Onslow, Australia. Additionally, Ray has been with Bechtel Power Corporation since January 2001 in the same role. Ray completed secondary education at Irmo High School, earning a diploma from 1973 to 1979.
