Rick Holmes has more than 40 years of experience in project management and engineering, with a focus on waste treatment and chemical agent disposal. Currently serving as the General Manager of Waste Treatment Completion Company at Bechtel Corporation, Rick oversees critical construction and commissioning projects related to low-activity waste capabilities. Previously, Rick held various project management and engineering roles, including leading the Department of Defense's Pueblo Chemical Agent Disposal Pilot Plant and managing significant projects for the US Army, where leadership encompassed operations, procurement, and compliance strategies for chemical weapons disposal facilities. Rick earned a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
