Rona Rosal

Rona Rosal is an Information Systems & Technology Graduate currently working at Bechtel Corporation, focusing on application and automation support, including software installation, application upgrades, and data migration. Prior to this role, Rona served as a Customer Support Consultant at Dye & Durham Corporation, providing first-level support for client inquiries and contributing to team process improvements. Rona's experience also includes a position as an Applications Developer for Queensland Fire and Emergency Services, where skills in SharePoint and Agile Scrum methodology were utilized to develop a Business Information System for training purposes. Rona holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Diploma in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology, along with a Senior High School degree in Accountancy, Business, and Management from the University of Santo Tomas - Legazpi.
