Rosie Smith

Rosie Smith has extensive experience in construction and engineering, currently serving as a Construction Manager at Bechtel Corporation since June 2010. Smith's roles at Bechtel have included Project Field Engineer, Deputy Project Field Engineer, and Senior Field Engineer/Construction Coordinator, with a focus on the PALNG Phase II FEED project. Additionally, Smith has held various engineering positions at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals since October 2014, including Site Wide Lead Pipe Field Engineer and Lead Piping Field Engineer. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Design Engineer at NASA from 1996 to 2005. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering and Technology in Structural Analysis and Design from the University of Houston-Downtown and multiple Associate degrees in Drafting and Design Technology from the College of the Mainland.
