Rusty Walker possesses extensive experience in project controls, data integration, and management within the engineering and technology sectors. With a robust track record at Bechtel Corporation since 2009, Rusty has undertaken various roles including Data Integration & Reporting Manager for the NEOM Trojena Project, where data initiatives were aligned with strategic objectives through advanced Power BI dashboards. Prior roles include Estimating & Proposal Manager for multi-billion-dollar projects, Corporate Lead Cost & Lead Scheduler for transformative process development, and Global Manager of Project Controls Systems facilitating project execution across multiple regions. Rusty's expertise also spans IT project management at SAIC and advanced technology roles at various organizations, complemented by an M.B.A. from East Texas A&M University and a B.S. from the University of Central Oklahoma.
