Ryan Boese, PHR, is the Talent & Organizational Development Manager for Bechtel's Middle East region, leading a team to meet strategic and operational needs across various business units. With nearly 20 years of HR experience, Ryan has held several roles including Sr. Human Resources Business Partner and Sr. Operations Support Manager at Bechtel's NEOM project in Saudi Arabia. Ryan is a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from Northern Arizona University. An avid guitar player and music lover, Ryan is dedicated to aligning strategy and people to deliver positive business impact.
