Scott Osborne

GM, Infrastructure, Americas & Principal VP at Bechtel

Scott Osborne is the general manager of the Americas region for the Infrastructure global business unit and is responsible for the region’s portfolio of power, communications, aviation, rail, and civil infrastructure projects.

Prior to this assignment, Scott held leadership positions including the Power sector lead serving as the senior executive representing the Power sector both inside and outside the company, project director for the AT&T Mobility project, assistant project manager on the Elm Road Generating Station project, and manager of project controls for the Power global business unit. In addition, he held positions of increasing responsibility within project controls, on combined cycle and solid fuel projects, and held several

rotational assignments including Six Sigma black belt, thermal insulation manager, and executive assistant to the president of Bechtel Power.
