Scott Winne

Scott Winne is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax issues, currently serving as the Head of International Tax at Bechtel Corporation since December 2006. In this role, Scott leads a team that advises on corporate and expatriate tax matters related to large-scale, cross-border engineering and construction projects, managing foreign and US international tax compliance, forecasts, audits, and more. Previously, Scott held the position of International Tax Director at Bechtel, where significant tax savings were achieved through strategic corporate planning and project tax planning. Prior experience includes roles as International Tax Manager at Gap Inc. and Supervising Senior at KPMG, along with foundational experience as a Senior Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Scott holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
