Shayan Maleki is a recognized business leader and manager with extensive experience in heavy civil infrastructure, particularly in dams, pumped hydro, and hydropower. Currently serving as the Heavy Civil Infrastructure Lead at Bechtel Corporation, Shayan has previously held senior leadership roles with global organizations, leading multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale engineering projects with capital expenditures up to $6 billion. Shayan holds a PhD in Dams and Hydro Engineering and has published innovative methods that have influenced engineering practices worldwide. With a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, Shayan advocates for increased female representation in engineering fields.
