Smita Vikram

Smita Vikram is an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead at Bechtel Corporation, with a career spanning over two decades in recruitment and resource management. Since October 2018, Smita has contributed to Bechtel's Nuclear, Security and Environmental global business unit, focusing on the entire project life cycle. Prior to Bechtel, Smita served as a Senior Lead Recruiter and Resource Manager at B.Yond, and as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Celcite Management Solutions, where full life cycle recruiting was managed. Smita's career began in consulting with Tammina Solutions as a Senior Technical Recruiter, and earlier experience includes a role in customer and sales relations at Standard Chartered Bank. Smita holds a BBM degree in Human Resources and Marketing from JAIN College, earned between 1999 and 2002.
