Spencer Gray

Spencer Gray, MHRM, SHRM-CP, is a dedicated HR professional currently working as an HRBP/HR Generalist for Bechtel Corporation. They recently graduated with a Master’s in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications. Spencer has previous experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at GardaWorld and MedVet, and served in a customer-facing role at CampusParc prior to their HR career. Passionate about employee relations and organizational cohesion, Spencer continues to enhance their skills in HR processes and procedures.
