Teri Vincent

Teri Vincent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality and performance management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Quality & Performance Management Manager at Bechtel Nuclear, Security & Environmental, Inc. since December 2014, Teri leads the implementation of a comprehensive Quality Program for a Department of Defense Chemical Demilitarization project. Prior roles at Bechtel National, Inc. include Performance Management Manager and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where Teri developed and maintained performance management programs and processes. Teri's career began at Bechtel SAIC, holding positions such as Contract Administrator and Project Administrator.
