Thomas Murray

Thomas Murray is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive commercial and construction experience in aviation and rail, having worked in Qatar, Canada, the U.K., and Australia. Currently serving as the Delivery Director for the Eastern Tunnel Package of the Sydney Metro West with Bechtel Corporation, Thomas has also held roles such as the Delivery Director for the Linewide contract and Construction Director for the Tunnel Station and Excavation Works on the same project. Thomas earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Environmental and Civil Engineering with First Class Honours from Nottingham University, where studies were completed between 2001 and 2005. Prior to the current role, Thomas managed business development for public infrastructure in Australia and played a key role in various business opportunities within the Sydney infrastructure market.
