Tom Cotterill

Tom Cotterill is the ROW Talent Management & OD Manager at Bechtel Corporation, where they lead efforts in talent management, organization development, and learning and development across multiple regions. Previously, Tom served as a psychologist and project manager at Sentis, focusing on safety and leadership development, and as a research coordinator at the University of Queensland. They hold a Master's in Psychology (Sport & Exercise) and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources and Sports Management, both from the University of Queensland and Southern Cross University, respectively. Tom is a registered psychologist passionate about innovation and continuous improvement in the workplace.
