Alexej Gedert

Alexej Gedert has over 18 years of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as Teamlead for ITSM, Tools & Integration at Bechtle since July 2011, with previous roles as Technical Service Manager and System Integrator. Prior to Bechtle, Alexej worked at Tectum IT Solutions GmbH from May 2005 to June 2011 as an Information Technology Developer, focusing on software development, support for lead data management systems, and CRM, as well as ETL processes and .NET web services. Earlier experience includes a position as Software Developer at reinisch GmbH, where responsibilities included developing an FAQ portal and implementing electronic customer satisfaction surveys. Alexej Gedert earned a Master's degree in Information Technology from Kyrgyz National University in Bischkek, following studies at Internationale Universität Kirgisistan.
