André Müller-Bergmann has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as the Leitung Remote Operation Center at Bechtle since October 2014, focusing on remote operations, consulting, presales, and service management. Prior to this role, André held various positions at Vodafone from October 2000 to August 2014, including IT-Service Manager and consultant in operations technology fault management, specializing in mobile devices and server support. André's career began at Mannesmann, later Vodafone D2 GmbH, providing customer service and consultation on contractual matters. Additionally, André completed an apprenticeship in banking at Stadtsparkasse Hildesheim, achieving qualifications as a Sparkassenkaufmann and Sparkassenfachwirt through the Sparkassenakademie Hannover.
