Birgit Breuer has extensive experience in project management and the hospitality industry. Currently serving in project management at Bechtle since January 2021, responsibilities include team coordination, project assistance, managed service coordination, and service management assistance. Prior to this, Breuer worked in product management at lohn-ag.de AG from November 2016 to December 2020 and held various roles including F&B management at Kultur & Bürgerhaus Denzlingen with Delcanto Restaurant Catering Services and as a directorial assistant at Clarion Hotel Hirschen. Additional experience includes restaurant management at JRE - Jeunes Restaurateurs and banquet & F&B coordination at Grand Hotel Bellevue Gstaad. Birgit Breuer holds a degree in F&B Betriebswirt from Hotel- und Management Akademie Koblenz and a diploma as a restaurant specialist from Landesberufsschule für das Hotel- und Gaststättengewerbe Villingen.
