Jan Wickert

Jan Wickert has been serving as the Leiter Managed Service Operation at Bechtle since November 2019. Prior to this role, Jan held various positions at Postbank Systems AG from August 2001 to October 2019, including Leiter der Abteilung Netzwerk & Security Operations, where Jan managed the integration and operation of network and security infrastructure. Jan also worked as a System Engineer, focusing on the planning, procurement, integration, and administration of SAN and storage systems in virtualized environments, as well as operating and monitoring z/OS systems and managing hardware and capacity for Unix servers. Jan started the professional journey as an IT trainee specializing in system integration. Education includes a Diplom (FH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, completed between 2006 and 2010.
