Katia Landjerit

Katia Landjerit is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in managing and transforming HR functions across various companies. Currently serving as Directrice RH for Bechtle since January 2025, Katia focuses on developing people strategies to enhance organizational culture and growth in France. Prior roles include Chief People Officer at Satelia, where Katia established the HR function for the company’s scale-up phase, and Chief People Officer at Generix Group, leading a global HR strategy. Katia's background also includes significant leadership positions at Murex, Sopra Banking Software, and Sopra Steria, with a strong emphasis on talent management, learning and development, and organizational restructuring. Katia holds a professional coaching certification from IFOD and a Master's degree in Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
