Lukas Gnilka

Lukas Gnilka is the Head of Tender Management for the Public Sector in Austria and Switzerland at Bechtle, where they lead the entire tender process and develop proposal strategies in collaboration with local Bechtle companies. Previously, Lukas served as a Bid Manager, overseeing the creation of complex bids for public clients in Germany and Austria, ensuring compliance and managing project costs. Lukas began their career in tender management as a SPoC for Bechtle Group Austria and has also gained experience in purchasing and sales roles. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Westsächsische Hochschule Zwickau, earned between 2013 and 2018.
