Marie Klostermann has accumulated diverse professional experience in various roles, beginning as a Praktikantin in Aftermarket Controlling at HELLA in 2018. Subsequent positions have included an Inhouse Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 at Beckhoff Automation, focusing on user management within the ERP system, and a Change Management & Modern Workplace Consultant at Bechtle, where support is provided for the implementation of organizational change processes. Additionally, Marie served as a Werkstudentin in Modern Work at Fellowmind and in Customer Care at Tennis-Point. As a Co-Founder of cozewell, responsibilities encompassed managing the company’s external presence, building client relationships, and overseeing marketing and social media strategies. Marie's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Universität Paderborn and a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences.
