Michael Beilfuss

Michael Beilfuss currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Bechtle, where responsibilities include creating a comprehensive customer success strategy for over 70,000 B2B customers in 14 European countries and delivering innovative platforms and services. Additionally, Michael acts as Co-Host for the Bits & Pretzels CIO AI Summit and is the Founder of THE TECHLEAGUE. Previous roles include Managing Director at Wellesley Information Services and SVP of International Events at IDG, where a focus was placed on connecting content, audiences, and intent. Michael has been a part of the executive management team at IDG Germany for 16 years.
