Niclas Werther

Niclas Werther is currently the People & Culture Manager at Bechtle, where they focus on fostering a positive workplace culture. Prior to this role, Niclas worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at MIGSO-PCUBED and gained valuable experience as a Personalreferent at GEORG DUNCKER. They have also contributed to the human resources field through roles at T-Systems MMS and DDV Mediengruppe, where they were involved in sales training and applicant management.
