Pavel Němec

Pavel Němec, FCCA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Finance at Bechtle since July 2023, Pavel previously held the position of Head of Country Finance at Xella Group from April 2020 to March 2023, overseeing a financial team in a manufacturing environment. Prior to that, Pavel was Head of Group Finance at MSU Holding GmbH, managing finances for a group of seven companies operating in multiple countries. Pavel's career includes significant audit experience at PwC and EY, focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, retail, and energy. Notably, Pavel also worked in procurement roles at ExxonMobil and held earlier positions in advertisement planning and administrative support. Pavel holds an ACCA qualification and a Master’s degree in Corporate Economics and Management from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
