Jeff Taber

Jeff Taber has extensive work experience in the agritech industry. Jeff currently serves as the VP Commercial Execution at Beck Ag, Inc., where they focus on developing and implementing marketing and sales solutions to drive business performance and improve the customer experience. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal at FFE, LLC, where they advocated for selling excellence and optimized field force effectiveness.

At Syngenta, Jeff held several roles, including Global Head of Sales Productivity, Head of Field Force Excellence & Training, and Field Force Excellence. Jeff was responsible for driving commercial excellence, sales productivity, and field force effectiveness.

Before Syngenta, Jeff worked at Novartis as the Global Merger Planning Team, Head of Agribusiness Strategy Planning, and Sales Manager. Jeff also served as the Finance Manager at Sandoz's US Ag. Division & Canadian affiliate.

Throughout their career, Jeff has been passionate about delivering customer satisfaction, optimizing selling approaches, and implementing transformative initiatives.

Jeff Taber has a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Actuarial Science from Western University. Jeff also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Queen's University.
