Jill Kirkpatrick

Jill Kirkpatrick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales management and talent development. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager and previously as a Senior Account Manager at Becker Professional Education since May 2016, Jill has demonstrated strong leadership skills in these roles. Prior to this, Jill worked at Chaparral Energy, LLC as a Talent Management Senior Specialist, focusing on training facilitation, coaching, and employee recruitment programs. Jill also held the position of Tour de Cure Event Manager at the American Diabetes Association, overseeing fundraising and logistics for events, and served as Senior Campaign Director at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where responsibilities included revenue generation and program management. Jill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Oklahoma.
