Attorney James Becker handles employment law matters, representing both individuals and small to medium size businesses.  The focus of this practice is in on helping to maintain a workplace that pays a lawful wage and is free from unlawful discrimination and harassment.  In addition to working the advice and litigation side of employment law, Mr. Becker is also a Rule 31 listed mediator with the Tennessee Supreme Court is mediates employment law matters.
