Sureash Kumar

Sureash Kumar is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in strategic HR management across various industries, including semiconductor and medical sectors. Currently serving as Human Resource Director for Asia & Middle-East at Beckers Group since May 2021, Sureash provides strategic HR direction to support business initiatives in the region. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Human Resources at UTAC, General Manager of Human Resources at B. Braun Medical, and Director of Talent Management at UTAC, showcasing expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Sureash has also contributed to human resource functions at organizations such as Barco, Dunham-Bush Holding Bhd, and Citibank Berhad.
