David Feifel

David Feifel, MD, PhD, is a distinguished psychiatrist and neuroscientist with extensive experience in neuropsychiatry and innovative treatment approaches for psychiatric conditions. Since founding and serving as President of the Kadima Neuropsychiatry Institute in March 2017, Feifel has focused on advancing treatment options for individuals with treatment-resistant conditions. As a Professor Emeritus at the University of California, San Diego, Feifel has contributed to academia since March 1995. In addition to roles with various research organizations, including serving as Principal Investigator for multiple studies on psilocybin, LSD, and other treatment modalities, Feifel is active with the American Society of Ketamine Physicians and the National Network of Depression Centers. Feifel's educational background includes a Psychiatry Residency Program at UC San Diego and an MD, PhD from the University of Toronto.
