Chip has also worked at FedEx as a Sr. Business Process and Technology Improvement Adviser from 1998 to 2003. In this role, they partnered with global business teams, led Six Sigma initiatives, and received awards for quality and process improvement.

Chip began their career at Market Development Associates, LLC as an Operations Manager and Research Analyst from 1996 to 1998.

Chip H. attended The University of Memphis from 1988 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in English with a focus on Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing.
