Chip H.

Chip H. has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Chip is currently working at Beckway Group as the Technology Practice Leader since February 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded and operated Brass Helmet starting from December 2021.

From 2019 to 2021, Chip worked at Hancock Whitney as the SVP Operations & Technology. Chip was responsible for the support and maintenance of ERP (Workday) and leading the technology strategy for HRMS utilization. Chip focused on enhancing HRIS management, integration management, and HR analytics to achieve strategic objectives.

Before that, Chip held the position of Director of Technology and Digital Consulting at SSA & Company from 2016 to 2018. Their role involved leading engagements to create or improve shared service delivery models and providing advisory services for process evaluation and redesign.

From 2013 to 2016, Chip worked at Deloitte as a Senior IT Manager, focusing on M&A IT Portfolio Management. Prior to that, they held a Senior IT Manager role at Aon Hewitt from 2003 to 2012, where they led client shared service teams and was responsible for application portfolios.

Chip has also worked at FedEx as a Sr. Business Process and Technology Improvement Adviser from 1998 to 2003. In this role, they partnered with global business teams, led Six Sigma initiatives, and received awards for quality and process improvement.

Chip began their career at Market Development Associates, LLC as an Operations Manager and Research Analyst from 1996 to 1998.

Chip H. attended The University of Memphis from 1988 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in English with a focus on Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing.
