Shemeka W. is currently the Growth and Operations Lead at BECOME, a contract acquired under Colorful Conscience LLC, where she also serves as the Senior Executive Assistant. She is the Owner and Founder of Colorful Conscience LLC, a socially conscious business aimed at IGNITING change, INSPIRING communities, and IMPACTING the next generation. Shemeka has also worked as an Independent Contractor at Mystery Shopping Providers Association and as a Virtual Instructor at Elevate K-12. In her previous roles at BE A CHAMPION, INC. and Prospera Housing Community Services, she held various positions such as Quality Assurance Business Partner, Director of Resident Services, and Assistant Director of Resident Services. Shemeka has a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Mary's University.
