She is the Owner and Founder of Colorful Conscience LLC, a socially conscious business aimed at IGNITING change, INSPIRING communities, and IMPACTING the next generation. In her previous roles at BE A CHAMPION, INC. and Prospera Housing Community Services, she held various positions such as Quality Assurance Business Partner, Director of Resident Services, and Assistant Director of Resident Services.
